Aubrey and Jahleel's wedding day was nothing short of perfection.
The clouds parted from the weekend rain and blue skies and sunshine greeted us that day. I definitely felt the buzz of energy when I stepped foot inside the venue. Orting Manor is a gorgeous historic building at Orting, WA that's been renovated as an event space. The lush greenery in the backyard naturally complimented to well curated patio space that they have where all the partying will take place. I truly love the historic details that they have kept inside the manor, while updating it throughout for modern finishes.
Getting Ready:
Aubrey opted for a quiet getting-ready moment with her mom upstairs while getting in her wedding dress. We had a beautiful first look with Aubrey's father and her bridesmaids downstairs and I can definitely say - the love and energy from everyone was well documented. I won't lie to you when I say there wasn't a tear jerker moment when Aubrey and her dad did their first look. I did my best to hold back my own tears, but alas, I might not have been that strong.
Ceremony:
The ceremony was nothing short of perfection and a true testament to who Aubrey and Jahleel are as a couple. With their vows read out loud in front of family and friends, they also took a moment to thank our Lord by breaking bread. The sky was brilliantly blue and the sun was fully shining at this point and the energy from the guests cannot be contained.
Couple Portraits:
We escaped out to a 2 min drive river bend where we took advantage of the quiet moments, celebrating and taking in the just married feeling. I think Mt Rainier came to celebrate with them as well.
The Finale:
These two can't end the night with just a basic-o'l goodbye. These two changed into their onesies (from How to Train Your Dragon) and continued to plow through the crowd by jumping into the pool. Oh yes, there is also a pool at Orting Manor if that's any bonus for you to book it for your special event.
